Full 90 Day Return Policy
Consumer requirements for refund check:
1. The 90 day return period starts on the day Amazing Machinery Inc. receives your order and payment. Also known as the Invoice Date.
2. Upon delivery, please verify the air purifier packaging has no visable freight damage. If your package is damaged, contact Amazing Machinery Inc. at 1-800-504-7435 immediately.
3. Unpack your air purifier, Being Sure To Save All Packing Material. All packing material and product documentation must be returned for a full refund!
4. Read owners manual.
5. Start using air purifier. If you have any operational questions, call Amazing Machinery Inc. at 1-800-504-7435 with any questions.
6. Use the air purifier for a full 90 days. If at the end of a full 90 days use you are not satisfied with your air purifier you will need to do the following to return the unit.
7. Within 10 days, following the full 90 day trial, you will need to call Amazing Machinery Inc. at 1-800-504-7435 to receive a RMA authorization number.
8. Rebox the air purifier, using the original shipping packing material and boxes. Be sure to enclose a note with your Original Invoice number, RMA number, name, address and phone number.
9. U.S. Mail or UPS the package to:

10. Fax: 1-800-504-7436 or e-mail: info@amazingmachinery.com a copy of your shipping document showing shipping charges you paid to return your product.
11. Amazing Machinery Inc. will issue and mail a refund check to the orginal purchaser for the full amount paid for the air purifier plus the return shipping fees within 7 days upon our receipt of the returned air purifier (with all packaging and documentation) and your return shipping documentation.
